My Audiobaun A1300HC is not powering my subs under heavy volume and bass

my subs bump decent at a low volume lever but as soon as I ask for more, they kinda go quiet and then they kick back up decibels and continues to pulse in that fashion. I have all my bass boosters off and my gains adjusted but no matter wat I do the amp doesn't seem to either want to run my subs or I am not providing enough current for the amp to run at its 1300w rms Load pushing two 12" dvc 4ohm phenoix golds. Any info would be helpful

keep in mind thats an OLD amp....may be time to replace it
