my amp wont work?

I just bought a 1500D AP off craigslist starting to think its ****ed up. It powers on, the fan on bottom comes on and everything. There is no place for a protection light but nothing is coming out of the subs. I tried every wiring, even just hooking one up to one channel. I used my meter on the channels and it says its only putting out like .1mv. I dont know what could be wrong. Are my RCAS bad? Is there a way to check without pulling the dash out?

use an oscillator, but thatd be more expensive than just taking your radio out and running another set of rcas to the amp.
