You've had 2 people tell you to try a different audio source, NOT the head unit. Did you try this yet?

post photos of the way you have the Jensen wired (rca's and speakers) also check your gain settings and headunit settings, have you tried to reset the headunit?

yes i already used my phone and it didnt work
