that Fi Q in that big of a box tuned that low was gross...not necessarily the best sounding thing ive ever heard....but even deadened you could hear that truck coming from a long way

because your car flexes, doens't mean its crazy loud....its called deadening and a solid product

my buddy 04 jeep gc has 5 layers of dymomat extream and did not help the flex. btw off 4,000 rms he did 152.1 db dash sealed up

i dont think anyone in here was implying that....my jeep was far from loud...like a 145 or something was the highest it ever metered

they dont just put on a 160a alt for the **** of it. its there because the car needs it in stock form.

its not like "hey guys lets put in a 160a alt so he has some extra juice for a system"

2 powermaster 3100, 4 aq 2200ds or 2 aq 3500s, and 4 15 hdc3s

i was once running 4 bxi2607ds off 2 powermasters. i had a stock alt, but a very good one for being stock. and over 200' of 0 gauge. didnt work for daily.

the hdc3s are only loud with more power. running only 2 batteries the sd2.5 series will be better. i found the hdc3s to be way less efficient than even my type r's under 1500 watts. ie) my type R's could bassrace a 150 easily, and the hdc3s couldnt.

your truck would be perfect to put a d3100 in front and fit as many batteries as possible into that tire well.

idk what murphey is doing. i am sure when spring comes he will do something new because even last year he wanted something louder.
