My 2003 Nissan Pathfinder with L7s

Hey!

I'd like to get a wall of subs going on in this vehicle. Its been my dream. I want my frame and windshield to flex when i bump, basically. Right now, im not really near where i wanna be, but im bumpin for now. Check it out here:

Finally removed from the box, ran wires underneath mats, added some Distribution blocks as well.

whats with the amps as well, are you running just one or two diff amps on those?

L7's sound good in a sealed box, but if you want more bump I would go ported. But wait till you hear the ported before you buy. Because you lose some SQ when you do go ported

5 cubes each tune to 32hz...u will flex some windsheilds

u need more power

1 dundown 3kd will do nicely

If your frame flexes you have SERIOUS problems....

there are many build logs with walls, look at those for ideas. Or if you don't want to do all that you can do a ported box with the subs up and the ports facing the rear. You can double to power to get louder as well. My 12L7 could take 2000wrms all by itself all day off music, I'm sure those can too.

Okay, the HIFONICS amp is powering both of my L7's. That little unknown P.O.S. POWERZONE amp is pumping my highs. I took out that tweeterbox because after moving the amps to the back of the seats, i re-EQ'd the highs amp and realized certain settings were seriously wrong. Im selling that tweeter box, btw. I never really liked the sound of ported boxes, then again, i may not have heard a good ported box. I've been so used to the L7 sound because i've had these for so long, im not too sure if i should buy different ones. But honestly, I'd be down for building a wall or a custom upfiring 4.

if you have the 3.3l v6 pathfinder i have an HO alternator that will help you with dimming and what not but just what everyone else said basically more space and a port them

they stopped using the 3.3s mid 2001 in the path, ported will get alot louder, l7s dont like sealed, if you want a wall buy mine lol ill sell it cheep
