actually its all fiberglass......i know, i know mdf is key but i just wanted to try all fiberglass

ive learned my lesson and will use it next time

Not only is it less work, it wont vibrate and its cheaper.

I would fill it full of fiberglass insulation ( yellow stuff) and not poly fill.

I know fiberglass requires alot of work, so kudos for you. Lets see some bondo, sanding, primer, paint, and clear already =)

LOL, I can't help but say this looks very very familiar, I think Jdizzle @ FBF built a box like this for his 9kv.2. lookin a little rough there but thats what sandings for good luck!

great start man - its a learning process - not too bad at all for a first-timer

i like to use MDF too - save time money and its for sure strong

i started the "filler" prcocess and was wondering if i could get some tips from anyone to read this in getting it flat and smooth.

im on my 2nd coat and its starting to flatten out but i sure someone with experience knows alls the good ways to do it
