got a ab 150.1 and suddenly doesnt work. i think it might be due to the extreme cold weve had here lately. -20 degrees

i have a old hifonics hfi3000d

any one know exactly what that hifi amp will put out rms wise? i know its not 1500 rms im thinking maybe 900? or little more?
