Muslims believe in the same Judeo-Christian God as the other world religions. so, unless you are just another uneducated idiot you should watch what and how you say things.

as far as being a definite law suit, you guys really need to brush up on your law. intent of malice and negligence has to be proved first. if this is a posted requirement to be in the courtroom she must follow the rules entirely. the court is not a religious worshiping center. it cites "God", but the context is the universal god of all human beings and does not recognize one just god.

she simply had to follow the laws and pending what occured in judge chambers it may be a totally different story. she has to conform to the laws as everyone else does and she did not.

More reason than some ppl in Guantanamo bay have to be locked up.
I love how he says, " I can't believe they are doing this in America."

Like a country who says "In God We Trust" on the money and the plege of allegiance and is full of redecks who hate muslims isn't gonna do something like this.

I am assistant manager at the biggest cumberland farms in yeehaw junction county.
Owner of the store agrees with my pure views so it has not been an issue.

Nobody has any legal grounds in a private establishment, but...I'd hope there's a better reason than "just because".

They should provide a seperate room to allow the muslims to participate on the proceedings through closed circuit television. Perhaps in a vault. This would keep the regular Americans safe.

Nobody has any legal grounds in a private establishment, but...I'd hope there's a better reason than "just because".

The main reason is because they are muslim, I no longer heckle them but sometimes you can find ways of making it incomfortable enough that they will not ever want to come back.

Now I can't control who they all let in our country but I sure as hell can protect my store and my home and will in any way possibly feel like.

IF they don't like it the spaniards down the road will sell to them as they have no problem turning a blind eye to what is really going on.

However unlike those clearly shitty countries you mentioned, our country is based on freedom of religion.
One easy way to prove this is go buy an american flag, take it out to a city street and burn it. You'll get some stupid looks most likely. Try that in one of those countries with their flag and see how long you have a pulse after that.

Ur not...our founding father of this country some of them were christian but most didnt have a religion... ppl came here to practice what they want..dont tell me this is a christian country..we have made it to be... Jefferson had a copy of the Quran in his library. just shows u when the constution was written it was for all religions..

At the sake of going against the grain here, I actually applaud the actions taken. The law is the law, and if you do not respect it you will be in trouble. We live in North America, not Iran, Iraq, or any other country who's laws dictate that sort of action.
If we go there, we are expected to respect and abide by their laws. It should be the same way over here.

What I believe Mark was getting at was that the Constitution protects free practice of religion, yet a courthouse is not a place for practicing religion.

Jefferson, Franklin and the like were Deists...this point has been lost on some of the nutjobs out there today raving about a "Christian" nation.
