Music program help

I have an odd request and need some help please.

I need a CD with 45 seconds of music followed by a 5 second pause, repeated with different songs.

A good example would be ipowerhour, a bit shorter, with 5 second delays.

What can i do to accomplish this?

Does anyone know of any programs that would allow me to create this?

Easy to use Nero to make clips and paste in 5 seconds of silence at the end.
