i do this and am getting great results

i do 15 pullups

25 - 30 deadlifts w/95lbs

30 pushups

jumprope instead of box jumps

15 - 20 reverse crunches on an incline bench instead of floor wipers

clean and press with a 25lb dumbell for 15 reps on each arm

and end it with 10 pull ups

do these with absolutely no rest inbetween the exercises!!!!!!!!

 
The best way is to lower your bodyfat, whats worked for me is working with heavy weight (think like 1-4 reps) and cardio after, or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, the higher weight allows you to keep strength (or gain in some cases) as you lose fat, plus it takes a hell of a lot out of you, after a heavy set of deads it feels like my chest is going to explode

 
yeah if your ***** are floppin u need to lose weight first... then build up that muscle...

try running... alot. no walking!

oh yeah, and drink water, lots of it, and only water, no pop, no tea, no diet pop, just water. (not flavored water either)

its best to eat 6 small meals a day, rather than 3 (or less) large ones

 
Nutrition + Cardio + Weight Training = teh win! Doing just 2 out of 3 you will see results, doing all three you will see great results. That is of course if you are doing all three properly:)

 
Ive lost over 50 lbs in a month and 2 weeks dieting and doing some serious working out. Dudes i feel so good now, i have always played basketball, now i can get up so much higher its unreal. Ive had to buy all new clothes, everything i used to wear looks HUGE on me. I play basketball like for 2 hours like at least 2 times a week hardcore, then i go home and every night i do like 40-60 reps on my bench, like 40 situps, and then lately ive done like 20 pushups a night. Its helping me so much, ive got alot more muscle in my arms thats for sure. I basically only drink diet sodas and eat like one meal a day and then like an apple at night, it works so well guys. My beer belly is gone and all i like is some work on my chest and im good to go! I was at like 280, as of today im sitting at 225 pounds.
If this isnt sarcasm, then I call BSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

 
well first thing you gotta do, is pick up a weight :p anything you do will help alot, bench press is the common chest excerise, and will help you with also with your arms and shoulders as well. Pushup's even will help, Fly's, dumbell benchpress theirs alot of excerises that will help, the main thing is pick up a weight and go from there:D

You guys can believe what you want, its working for me, ive tried everything else before this and nothing seemed to work. I feel better than ever, i do cheat once in a while, like on the weekends sometimes, but thats about it. Everyone is telling me the same thing, 1 meal a day is horrible for my health blah blah blah, if that were true i wouldnt be able to do 10 times as many push-ups, run twice as fast, lift alot more weight on my bench, and feel sooooo much better EVERY DAY. Just telling you guys what i have been doing to shed pounds, not sarcasm in the least, please do not take it as sarcasm, just trying to help, thats all.
