well i at work i walk around alot and lift alot of heavy shit, so i consider that my exercise. I've tried the going to the gym 3 days a week routine and dont like it. so yea lol. I know i have to be getting my nutrients, last night i had 2 chicken parmasean cutlets and alot of spaghetti! and of course salad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and i eat constantly, not only junk food.
