First: Here is the multimeter i have: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=95670

Second: What do I set this to so that i can set my gains properly? The way I did it I came up with a number such as 6.1 and it only goes up too 12 when gains are turned all the way up, and im looking for a number of 60? because im looking for 3600 watts at 1 ohm I believe.

I do not have the tutorial bookmarked on this computer but it is on my other computer is some would like to know which one I am following.

Additional info:

Amp IA 40.1

Sub 15" RE MT

HU DEH-P560MP

Please Help!!!

I have the meter set at V~ 200 to get the correct reading would i need to move the red lead to 10A or mA on the meter?

i don't know a whole lot about this but i'm guessing you aren't using a high test tone. i think everyone likes 60 hz on here. get a 60 hz test tone and tune everything to 0 on your deck with volume about 75% up and then i think you will get the results you're looking for
