Multi Channel Amp help

Can i get the jist of things when it comes to installing these multi channel amps. Its so much more confusing to me then mono block.

I have some pretty nice aftermarket speakers, and connecting them to an amp would take it to the next level. Would this be very beneficial?

Thanks Guy/Girls

I'd suggest getting an amp, as it would have more volume, and sometimes better SQ. A 4 channel amp is rather simple to hook up, as long as you have 2 or 3 sets of RCA outputs on your head unit. Run your power/ground/remote, and connect the front speakers to the front speaker terminals on the amp, and the rear speakers to the rear terminals on the amp, run the 2 sets of 2 channel RCAs or 1 set of 4 channel RCAs from the head unit to the amp. If you don't have more than 1 output for the the RCAs on the head unit, I'd look into getting a line driver, and some male to 2 female RCA Y-Adapters, and running them into the line driver so you don't have to max out your gains on the amps you would be using.

Thanks, i have 2 sets of rca's and 1 set will be going to a mono block amplifier.

Would it be easier for me to rewire the speakers under the floor panel and put the amp under my seat? Or am i over thinking how difficult this erally is?
