mtx thunder 81000 amp

i have a mtx thunder 81000 powering 2 12' mtx 8000 with a alpine cdm 7874.itsa all in a pontiac grand am gt. how do i install the amp. i already have a amp instalation kit.

Well you run the power cable from the pos + batt. terminal to the power terminal on your amp, put the in-line fuse close to the battery. Run the ground wire between the ground terminal on your amp and a good ground point ( bare metal, secure connection, keep it short as possible). And run the remote wire from the back of your headunit (blue) to the remote terminal on your amp. RCA cables run from the RCA outputs on the back of your deck to the amp. Oh, and disconnect the negative battery cable before you start doing any of this so you don't fry anything. easy
