Well you run the power cable from the pos + batt. terminal to the power terminal on your amp, put the in-line fuse close to the battery. Run the ground wire between the ground terminal on your amp and a good ground point ( bare metal, secure connection, keep it short as possible). And run the remote wire from the back of your headunit (blue) to the remote terminal on your amp. RCA cables run from the RCA outputs on the back of your deck to the amp. Oh, and disconnect the negative battery cable before you start doing any of this so you don't fry anything. easy

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
