guy i gought it from shipped it with 3 caps laying on the cone. so yeah... you can see the results. it was missing a tinsel, too, and it was irrepairable.

my thunder 8000 makes a clicking noise, you can only hear it when you pop the trunk, other than that it sounds fine in the car, but I dod put like 800w too it. It got fricken loud too. Are the baskets of any use for a recone to something else?

I mean it looks like a standard 12 spoker, wonder if it could be done into an FI or something

I think the gap is 2.5", so I dont think it could be reconed by Fi or anyone.

ehh, who the funk uses 2.5" anymore. Probably cheaper to find new or used ones rather than trying to get a recone from MTX
