MTX Thunder 275X repair, board pics, need help

I bought this amp better than 10 years ago and it stopped working roughly 4 weeks after purchase. Unfortunately for me the shop I bought it from went out of business. I tucked this amp away in a closet and never really thought about it again. I was cleaning and figured I would see if I could trouble shoot it. I sit all day and solder curcuit boards for MRI machines and am decent at spotting defects and/or burnt components. I just can't seem to locate the issue here.

Any help would be appreciated.

The fuses are good and I tested the IC's and they all pass. I was hoping to avoid testing each individual cap, resistor, inductor, etc... but if that is what it takes.

whats it doing? does the power light turn on? is there any output?

TONS of these amps have bad rca input solder joints. just need to re solder the grounds.

It doesn't power up at all. I am going to try and make sure that is still the case tomorrow morning. I have a 12v source and can varify that.

Perry has walked me through many a complicated repair. He actually sells a tutorial on amp repair on ebay but you can get a ton of info off of his website. When I started fixing amps I had almost no knowledge of amp repair. He always had the time to explain things to me no matter how many times I asked. I swear the man never sleeps. thats common with mtx you will see that if you google broken mtx they worked 50% of the time when they were new you can get a working one on ebay most the time dirt cheap you could just use a board in your heat sink or just get a different one
