MTX Squares VS l7's

I just recently saw some of the MTX squares(dont know model# etc) and have been thinking about changing subs from l7's to something else, already have a 2 10'' enclosure so thats why these came to mind. I was just wondering how they compare to l7s, and if their even worth looking into any more than this....

to be honest they look like hot garbage, im not a fan of the gloss finish at all but if they out perform l7's and i can get em for a descent price, then i might get a pair

How do you judge how much power a sub can handle just by looks? By that logic I wouldn't put more than 250rms to a CM UL12 lol.

Because they're all flashy and eye candy. From other flashy and eye candy subs, you can kinda get the idea that they wont hold up much.

they actually sound pretty **** good for what they are. I like the L7s more but just go to a local MTX Auth dealer and tell them that your interested and want to hear them

MTX subs have yet to impress me.

the newer model ones to me are about the same as l7s
