mtx rt4180x amp

I just got a mtx rt4180x amp to me it looks pretty old school. There is a sticker on the amp and it says 45 rms x4 @ 4ohms 60 rms x4 @ 2 ohms and 120 x2 @ 4ohms bridged. So does that mean its not stable bridged @ 2ohms? Is this a good amp? I traded a $15 power inverter for it and its in perfect condition. If I put it on ebay how much do you think I'd get for it? Or is it good enough to keep and maybe use somday?
