MTX or FI

All of my friends argue with me and say MTX is much better than Fi. your opinion?

I said that 2 15" BTL's would stomp 2 15" MTX 9500's...they said hell no, the MTX's would destroy the Fi's...your opinion?

Never used either, but I have heard that the MTX 9500 get pretty darn loud...

Well I bought a BTL 18 to see the hype and put 2000 to it to see and it pretty much tore my 04 Tahoe apart I think 2 15's would slam as well. They are nice. Its cool to have something you can go to the Audio store and they never heard of it too.

well im rockin 2 fi ssd's... and im under powering them by about 600w... and they SLAM!!! i could only imagaine what they would sound like fully cleanly powerd...

so i could only imagine what a fully loaded BTL sounds like... or the 9500

yeah its a tough comparrison. but we argue about stuff like this all the time and they are 100% sure that the MTX would win. Even though they have never heard one...and ive got my 2 10" type R's right now, only running 250 to each and still owns my friends 5500

i dont think any of the mtx subs are that great untill they get into the 7500 and up...

yeah, i considered buying some mtx 8500's or 9500's but for the price i think i can get much better.

haha, this is like comparing a w7 or any other normal music based sub vs a btl. The btl will get louder if your using it for burps and have power on hand. MTX 9500, despite what their site claims, isn't even better than a

w7, however that's at least the type of sub it is, aka not an SPL driver.
