you can replace an inverted dustcap if its glued. actually all dustcaps are glued to the cone

its double stitched to the cone and surround!!!

its not something you simply remove and replace, it would have to be a total recone!!

ive never seen a dustcap stitched into a cone. ive seen one in person like a month ago but dont remember how it looked.

it appears the dustcap is attached to the cone, before the surround is attached...

meaning... its not going to come off!

meh!

my camera battery went flat, and its not actually stitched to the dustcap, just to the cone.. the dustcap is then a perfect fit within the surround.

but I don't think this dustcap is coming off without destroying the cone.

yeh ive never seen a dustcap stitched to a cone. ive seen surrounds and cones stitched like in my aq 12 and 15 i dunno why the 18 wasnt. and u should only need a flat head screw driver to pry the dustcap off the cone

for a small dustcap, maybe, but not for an aluminium dustcap that's the size of the whole cone, and probably glued everywhere!

i removed an inverted dustcap on my re xxx thats just like that one, but not aluminum and its only glued on the outside edge just like every other dustcap.

The correct word is drivel ***. Turn around, get out of your chair, try to get your stereo out of the 130's and learn how to talk without sounding like you have shit in your mouth.

and to fix a 700 dollar sub for me for $35 who can u say will do that !!! plus give me a warranty on it !!!

$700 for a MTX 9500 is a big part of the problem. They aren't ... bad... drivers, but they aren't worth the price you quote them as. Would your friends be more impressed if they charged an even $1000 for it?
