Well, I bought a mxa8001 for a undisclosed price and it came with no mounting feet. Those rubber ones you all hate.
Well I was also missing a mounting foot from my 81000d so I called MTX up, They answered within I wanna say a minute.
Yea it probably was a minute. I told the guy what I needed and he was like hold on let me see if we have any of them, since they are different and all.
He got back on the phone as was like yea I found em. I was like badass, I need 4 and 1. He was like wow.
I was like yea, how much are they... FREE of Charge! Dude didn't even charge for shipping. And I never bought anything new from MTX.
This is compleatly opposite from my experience with ID. MTX FTW.
I am not saying they are the best company or products, just the service was awsome.
