MTX Blue Thunder Pro 502 good for 6.5" Components?

Someone is selling an MTX Blue Thunder Pro 502 for only $20 bucks here. I don't know much about these amps, specs are very hard to find.

I was wondering if anyone knew the specs of this amp and if it is any good. I want it to run a pair of 6.5" components which should be around 70rms at 4ohm.
