mtx amp good for jl subs?

I guess your Sony P5's are SPL monsters! Especially when they are coupled with a Power Acoustic amp. Can't wait to see your trophies.

BTW, My 81000d will eat your Power Acoustic alive.

Mtx *****!
Your a moron! You run SONY! Enough said. Are you jealous b/c MTX is better and putts out it's rated power? Your amp is ok, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overrated, but ok. Your subs are pathetic, yet you put MTX down. You have a lot to learn. SONY ***** BALLS AND THAT'S THAT. END OF STORY!

mtx amps are alright. i owned a 6500d before it was stolen. their power is underrated by a good bit as youll see from their birthsheet. had 1 die on me before i got a new one with the warranty. it might be worth getting an extended warranty on mtx amps because the local shop here says they do go out often.

mine is rated at 250w full power, n puts out 367w rms on tha birthsheet..... so thas jus over 100w rms. and i DID get a 3yr warrenty, well i found out 3months after cause i killed my tweets n i looked on tha reciept ahhaha

my jl's arent pathetic i dont think.... 10w3v2 isnt bad man there my first set of subs im not payin 10.,000$ for a system

agreed, JL isn't bad, just a little overpriced. That's the main reason most people on this forum don't like them. If you have the money and you are a die-hard JL fan, then go for it. Just don't be a die-hard Sony fan like some people

Did I say YOUR JL's were pathetic? NO! I was refering to AudioGuy, that's why I quoted him. He has been bashing great companies and their products and PRAISING his sonys as GOD!

JL Audio makes great products, but I just don't use them b/c of high cost. I can get practically something of the same performance for cheaper. Your system should be loud and clear.
