Here is the deal, I have a guy who wants to buy my hd315 for $350. Do I take the money and buy two mtx9500 15", that I would be able to get for 180 each, or do I buy some thing else? I work at circuit city and I can get mtx products a a severe discount. I love my hd3 15 but want something louder. How do you guys think the mtx subs will compare to the hd3? I know the mtx subs would be louder but what about sq?

Based on that comment makes me think ur ****ing retard.But my recommendation would be play with the HD3 a lil more,box power etc.

They get loud but sound like *** IMO.....You could sell out and get the CC discount or get something that gets just as loud but sounds insade doing it

The 9500 is a decent woofer, but man I expected a lot more out of it.. this guy had one 15 with 1000w goin to it (could use more yea) but in a hatchback and only hit like 136.x with it on the new TL.. i was expecting more I guess, and yes it wasn't a very nice sounding sub either.. for that price.. throwing a few in a car with the appropriate space and power might be alright but thats your decision..

I would have a strapped pair of poweracoustik 3000d's to work with as afar as power. I don't really want to go to mtx but for the price you can't beat it. I would love to have another hd3 anyday over two 9500's. It's just the fact that I could sell my single 15 and get two for the money. I'm kinda iffy about getting the new hdc3's because of the overseas thing. What do you guys think?

I personaly like the 9500s, if you can get them for 180 i would deffently do that. a couple of those would have to be loud with the right box
