Sold MTX 3401 mono amp for Sale/Trade

I bought this brand new about 2 months ago, installed it and something went wrong with it after about 3 weeks. I sent it back to MTX and they basically gave me a new amp, its still in the sealed plastic bag. This does 400w rms@2ohms. I will also send the receipt from the authorized dealer just in case.

I would either sell it for $100 shipped or trade it for a 2 channel amp that does at least 100 x 2 rms @4 ohms that has a small footprint. LMK
