mtx 250d

Hey everyone, i have been reading a lot about the mtx 250d, and i have a couple of questions. Apparently it is quite underrated, and has power ratings listed at 12.5 and 14.4.

the ratings are

12.5 v DC:

125x1 @4ohm

250x1 @2 ohm

14.4(IHF-202 Standard)

200x1 @4ohm

350X1 @ 2ohm

I read where the birthsheet shows 349w @ 2 ohm and 227w @ 4 ohm on a 12V power supply. So, what would that be at around 13.7-14.4? Should be well over 425-475w, right?

any help is great! I have read a lot of good things about these amps, and they can be found for good deals.

By the way, i am driving one Infinity perfect 12 DVQ, which is rated at 400rms, but should take quite a bit more since it has a magnet nearly as big as the TC9 motor on the ED12A that i had.

I would think around 400-450RMS at 14.4volts.

426 watts @ 2ohms, my 4250D benched this at 14.4 , basically the same amp mine just being a little older.
