I apologize for the heading:
This could be for a number of reasons, Mainly, the fact that I am running 4 guage schoche wire right now, which is practically 5 guage wire. This is on a tock elec as well. I'm only using a 60amp fuse as well.
- I am running a JBL 180.2 to my fronts and the MTX 1501d to my Type R 12" at 2ohms.
- My head unit is a Pioneer DEH-6800MP. So my output voltage is only 2v or so.
- I just got the MTX amp back from mtx and it is benched at 1071 @ 2ohms at 12.5 volts.
- My car voltage bounces around 13.8-13.4 while on, whether my stereo is on or not.
- With my system on it never drops below 13.4
With the gain cranked above half - 3/4 with my sub-out at 0, It starts to move the R a bit but it seems like at that level, it should be able to move Two R's nicely...
Any ideas on what to do? When using my DMM, the voltage fluctuates and i can't get a good reading... i need a new one.
Thanks for the help
