MT motor FTL!

Yes, you would have to ship it in. The top plate has shifted and it needs

to be recentered and glued. Recentering a magnetized MT is NOT a fun thing.

They are very strong motors and it probably will have a couple of chips in

the magnets from trying to get the top plate off (it is loose from the

magnet, but the flux keeps it stuck VERY tight to the top plate and to the

pole. It will take a pair of crowbars and 2 people to get it off. Putting

it back on is even less fun as it will pinch your finger off if you get them

between the top plate and magnets when reassembling it.

Thanks,

Scott

if you could fix it yourself with 2 crowbars why do you think he said you have to ship it in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

lilmaniac2 you think you'd want a mojo motor? same exact thing happened to it in shipping...the pole piece is all the way to one side. i have no desire to fix it and no use for it.... make an offer if you'd want it....
