MS8 5 way ???

This is what I'm thinking. Would it work???

I have a set of Hertz HSK165 running passive at this time.

I was thinking on running active with the tweets and a set of Legatia 3" in pillars

The HSK 6.5's in kicks . Peerless 8's mid bass in doors and my two sub's. behind my seats.

93 chevy single cab

Amps 2-100x2 sound system xion

1-160x4 sound system xion

I have all the drivers

Would the MS8 run this set up???

And would this set up work???

My thinking was to use the L 3's to raise the stage band pass up high use the 6.5 for mids and use the 8's as mid bass.

I don't see any reason to do that....

Which peerless 8s are u wanting? Sls? If so, maybe up size to L4s run them down to the Peerless xover point and nix the 6.5s

Why u say that ??? Just a 4 way with an added L3 band passed. Cause the L3 will play a little lower and help rise the sound stage. Well thats my thinking anyways....

Feel free to explain why this wouldn't work...And I would run my subs off my head unit sub out by the way...

The 6.5 is not needed. Let the 8 play the midbass, 4 on midrange and tweeters for highs. And yes this will raise the stage and keep u from splitting the mfrequencies between too many drivers like a 3 way is good for

Now I have personal not done this, yet I have read where people have ran two sets of tweeters would this not be the same yet I'd be able to run the L3's at lower frequencies...
