Mrv-F540 Amp...which sub

Got a Alpine Mrv-F540 amp to be used in a Blazer with a ported box. Have around $100-200 for a sub and am Looking for mix of loudness/sound quality. I believe this amp puts out 200rms at 4ohm. Can't find out how much @ 2ohm.

It does 80 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms, 100 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms, and 200 watts RMS x 2 in bridged mode.

so find yourself a dual 4 ohm and run each channel to a voice coil. that's 400watts, not 200.

the F450 mono amp does 200w @ 4 ohm, 400 W @ 2 ohm

Anyway, If I can get 400 rms I will go with a type R because I had a 2004 R 15 with 400W and it was awesome. I didn't think the R would do well with only 200w.
