moving port??

on kicker's L7 manual they have a spec sheet on 3 diff. boxes for the subs, but i dont like where they have the port, so as long as the port is the same when i move it, is that ok or would i have to retune it???1

as long as the port area and length remain the same, you can place it anywhere you wish
