mounting my 5.25's

hey everybody im mounting my 5.25 speakers (visinik...sp?) well n e ways its a b!tch trying to mount them and i dont want to cut n e holes in my car, so would it be okay if the magnet sticks on my car, i dont care how stupid it may seem .......i just wanted to know it the magnet stuck to metal would interfere with the sound,

nobody, well it doesn';t interupt the sound but in the long run will it be bad for my speaker?
