Mounting bracket doesn't fit? Or am I dumb?

Got everything from crutchfield, radio is ready to go in but the holes don't match up to the unit. There are holes near the front but none of the screws reach. Help? 2018 corolla, kenwood ddx9705s, american international TOY952GB mounting kit.

Well. I was dumb. The screws did reach the front holes, they just had to be pressed really hard. I cannot imagine this mounting bracket will hokd up too long with the stress of the bending plastic. We shall see!
