Motorola V551 data transfer

Alrighty gents,

I got a new phone, the phone in the title. Basically, Cingular told me I can't transfer pics to my PC unless I paid for the multimedia service. Im thinking they just want to make me poor.

Can I buy a data transfer table (w/ software) and that be it? Anybody who have this phone know any easier transfer other then making Cingular that much richer? Just cuirous, if not just say so.

If you have the media capability on your phone already, and there is a opening for a cable then you're good to transfer.

I have the cable and the phone but u also need there software I think. I can't find anything that will work. Weak.

as is the motorola software. U can't just use like activesync to pull the pics.
