Sup everyone, I got A pair of AudioBahn 12 inch sound Q subs..I've went to alot of car audio places, and they have said there is alot of sub power to be pushed there.But i would like advice and information from experience.. The subs are rated at 1000 watss rms each, and 2000 peak power. Are these going to perform as said to. If not Which brand is most trustworthy RMS power wise.. I am going to wire these on a Hifonics 1600 watt amp or a Hifonics 2000 watt amp.. What would U recommend ?

go with hifonics. either amp should do well.. but depends on your current electrical system. if you can support an amp that big, and have the cash, then go for it. it wont be quite what its rated for.. and those subs wont handle what theyre rated at either.. but hye go for ballparks and then just make sure youre not clipping or overpowering the subs, etc etc all noob posts the same blah

try em out, beat em til youre tired of em or til you blow em, come back, ask for suggestions, we'll suggest better subs,amps etc.

What about 2 KICKER S15L7 15 inches ?? Should i get the 2000 watt amp for these babies ? I am selling my 2 audiobahns, neva got 2 hear em, but im going to a more trustworthy company.

thats a better idea..

if you can fit em.. make sure youre not choking them off of airspace just to fit 2 15s.. cause in a lot of cases its just better to do two 12s in the proper box..

L7s are pretty decent subs.. i like em..
