i saw this head unit and it has this weird function called G-Analyzer that promises to calculate and show the force of gravity on the vehicle

G-Analyzer: This unit is equipped with a sensor that measures the forces of gravity on the vehicle. This sensor enables the receiver to calculate G-forces during acceleration, braking, and cornering. The G-Analyzer also has a stop watch that can be automatically started when forward or reverse G-forces are detected. Setup and calibration for acceleration and braking must be performed before using the G-Analyzer.

thats going to catch the performance minded people that just want a cd player imo, my idea i had years ago was to incorporate those meters that read est. 1/4 mile times and 0-60 and such, now that would sell to alot of people if the price was right

I wish they made a face place with 10 gig of flash memory like an Ipod

Wireless USB port so I could upload from my pc..

or I could download a song someone else is playing in their car next to me..

Ipods use a hard drive, not flash memory...theres no such thing as a 10g flash drive

its a great idea...for performance oriented people.

a g-tech (device that calculates g-forces and 1/4 times) go for 200$ and up alone. may as well get the hu and the extras in one.

Havent you ever seen electronic dealys you can put in your car to tell you your 1/4 mile and 0-60 times? Those are G-meters. Amazing.
