The history channel just got interesting, the stuff it is saying is just crazy. I have no reason to deny anything they are saying. It all makes sense and ties into together very well for a possible armageddon. What do you think? Discuss.
This is bull.
Moral decay? We've evolved from people who thought it was morally acceptable to shoot someone in a duel if they "dishonored" you...
Spread of disease? What about the black plague...?
The Bible, and all religious texts are made by men... prior to the Crusades, the Bible (well, the Bible as you and I know it) had no mention of Hell. They used the word 'Hell' once, but it was the name of a slum just out side of Jerusalem, where they'd send all the bums... and they'd burn their trash and their bad meat in this ditch... once the Crusades came (this is after Jesus died, BTW), they added all the mentions of the Apocalypse, and Hell, and detailed this place far into detail... evne though in the original book, it made no mention of this.
It's all BS.
At one point someone said that if you wake up, you have a 1 out of 20,000 chance that something 1/2 mile long will hit the earth.
For anyone who knows basic statistics, or just basic logic, if you multiply the end number by itself, then that "one out of " HAS to've happened. 20K * 20K = 400K.
400,000 days / 365 days = 1,095 years.
So, based on his statistic, we should've been hit by a 1/2 mile wide meteor MORE than once in our civilization. Just once since the thought of actually counting the years.
