Ok, So after I install the Windows Vista Ultimate, the computer should still work, although some hardware may not, which is what the drivers should fix? I just dont want to be shit out of luck after the fresh install my usb ports and keyboard + touch pad dont work so I'm actually unable to install the drivers lol.

I'm used to installing on regular desktops where it does not matter what you install, everything is pretty much guarnteed to work.
