There is no point.
If you add more material to that motor you will mess it up...it is designed the way they should be designed, instead of just slapping ferrite on something and calling it a day. It is not 'small' by any means (it is actually larger, and yes stronger than that of the coveted 4hp). If you do not need the magnet material, why put it on there? If you really want it lol. We are NOT going to come out with something that is inferior. Your eyes are just accustomed to the typical 'slap more ferrite on it' design to make it "better".
More magnet does not mean more better.
