He didn't find it, HE ****ING STOLE IT.

Its fraud.

If he found it and if he took the 120 and dropped the wallet at the front desk that would be different.

he commited burglary of a vehicle and 2 counts of credit card fraud.

depending where he lives this is usualy a misdormeanor(class a or b) and 2 felonies

He didn't steal anything. He found the walltet. I think it was reasonable to conclude that since she was through shopping she had no more use for it.

a few months ago i found $20 just sitting in an ATM machine at a store and a few months before that i found a purse sitting in the middle of the road by my local hollywood video with about $35 in it

when i find a wallet or purse i always just take the cash as a "finders fee" and then turn it in. although if it is a purse i go home and put on my heals and dress and prance around in front of a mirror with it for a while
