It's the way it is, if that guy has the same car u do, and he put money into it, added a turbo and some other shtiz. Than ur car came outta the factory like that too. Obviously its how things work. Anyways, point is, Caddys are not race cars ... They can be improved, obviously, as any car can be, but they're not as capable as Preston's Nissan S ...

Those are STS, and a Eldo, only mods to be done on this car are exhaust.
BTW I bought both of these cars, my parents drive Hondas. So my parents drive POS Hondas but yet they bought me a 94 Firehawk which is fast as hell and rare as hell and a Cadillac, use your head. I make almsot as much money as they do, and sure I can sign papers to move out, but once again use your head, I can't get approved for a mortage, and I can't rent.
