I don't know some ppl have told me that I may have noise issues in my speakers if I use this cable, is that BS??

Wire is wire, and id be very suprised if Monster wire was anything but OFC.

TBH, I've used everything from lamp cord to Kimber and never had any noise issues that weren't caused by a borked installation (and couple bad coax cables here and there). Monster is severely overpriced, but you already have it. It IS good stuff.
