All amps differ under varying loads and best amps are not budget amps. The CEA-compliance sticker should provide some certainty in his budget purchase. 2cents

Sure if you are going to run a 4 ohm restitor on a bench. Crescendo is a budget amp. It don't have a sticker.

All them ratings are MAX. so 3200 max ? My friend has a Brutus amp, I think it's a hunk of crap IMO.
