Modifiying STOCK HU RCA's

I have a 2004 Accord Coupe, There is a way (surgery on hu) to make the rcas come out... has anobody done this? What were your results? any sq improvement?

are you sure that you aren't refereing the the use of a high-low converter?

No I already have a loc, I mean opening the HU and taking the low signal before the hu amp

I think by the time you got done dicking around with it, you'd be much better off just buying an aftermarket HU.
