yah i was just curious if anybody here has modded an xbox 360 yet or not??? im half tempted to mod the 360 i just bought. any help would be great.

yah and its my money i earned so its ok. as u can tell by my sig i dont care if i spend money or not. thats why i earn it, to spend it.

i've read that its been done, but its extremely difficult with all the security built into it

It is fairly easy now. Check around, the most popular one is a chip that goes inline from the motherboard to the DVD drive. The chips are unique to whatever drive you have in yours.

its really not card at all,ihave done my toshiba drive 360, all it took was a scsi cable and firmware

The newest ones are now inline chips and it turns itself off when you put in an original disk.

sux for those people my 2 older ones were modded the easy way, i feel sorry for hitachi drive owners, what a pain in the next
