Modding my Kinetik

So i have a pretty crappy battery in my 95 GSX, battery acid covered t erminals and such. I've also heard that generally the alternator goes bad very easily on these cars. would i be better off somehow putting my HC800 in place of my stock battery and running the amps to that? or installing it in the trunk and run 2 batteries? Also how would i mod the stock cables to fit my Kinetik? are there special terminals i can buy?

I would think that a kinetik 800 would be to small to use as the only batt in system. I'd suggest doing 2 batts.

Hmm ok. How do you guys suggest to get rid of the rust and battery acid on the terminals and ring terminals? ive tried brushing them the best i could with a brush but it didnt do much.

New terminals should be under 5-7 dollars ea. Just take the old ones off and clean up the wire and put new ones on.

use coke.. or bleach.. let it set for a while then whipe off..
