Its hard to tell in that pic if he soildered the connections to the output stage or the power supply since its just kinda shoved in there in the middle. But im going to guess the power stage. I do find it silly that he took the time to shrink wrap the connections on the caps, but not hot glue or epoxy the caps in place.
