Mobile Spec amps anyone?

I just recently picked up two Mobile Spec amps from a local dealer. The larger of the two is the ICEX-1500d, its 1500w rms at 1 ohm, 900w at 2 ohms, or 500w at 4 ohms and the feq response is 20-250. The smaller was a Icex-500ab which puts out 100wx4 at 4 ohms or 140wx4 at 2 ohms and the feq response is 20-20k.

Has anyone used any Mobile Spec amps? What did you think?

What pair of 12" subs would you guys recommend for the 1500w? I am wanting a sub geared more towards SQ because anything with 750w is going to be loud enough for me. I have $400 for subs. It is going in a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

If you have any recommendations for door speakers for the 4 channel that would match the subs I'm open for suggestions , I have $200 to spend on those. I only need one pair.
