just put in a XR-900ES, it is used and I am sure it is about 3-5 yrs old. it just replaced the factory head and the radio on it worked fine.....why won't the sony fm work? Also where can I find the remote to that piece,,,,and will any sony trim plate fit it? back to the fm....there is a SUB and a AM/FM....which one should I be using????? neither one worked. any help would be appreciated.

Wal mart sells nice NEW Sony Head units for about 150-200 do that then start *****ing. See ya

i really dont understand what you're saying about a sub with the am/fm. do you mean you want to run a sub off just your radio? and your choice with brand is a definately a downside. i dont have too much experiance with sony products because no one buys them because they are horrible. sony caraudio is definately a no go.

actually sony's h/u's are quite good...I have owned four of them with minimal problems, and good sq with no noise....but everything else is a joke
