so i'm driving like 15mins later and my subs cut out complety no power to them. so i'm like ok so i go to the car wash(self Done) and i'm looking a wire came undone that i misunderstood as a ground was really a "hot" wire but being a monstertard that i am i touch em so mmm would i fry my amp? had my dad look and now when power up the system it starts to hit like mad with no music.so its like "dry" firing i guess you could say? any help.

Is it like a pulse? What I mean is, are the subs just going up and down, thumping, but there is no music? If so, it sounds like you did blow it.

yae its like pulsing going high to where i'm like uh don't blow you kno? like a bomb building up. if i blew it then YIPPPPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hell yea i hated that mtx piece...time to get me a new amp!!! next week :*( no thumping and mirror shaking till then.

So i did blow it? YIPPPPEEEEE YEA THATS WHAT IT"S DOING I"M SO HAPPY TIME TO GET A NEW AMP YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I WAS GETTIN LIKE .3watts to each speaker i got beat by 1 sony xplod i felt like death!!! YIPPE TIME TO WIN!

a mtx roadmaster 250? i'm trying to power 2 12 inch fubar's 900rms i think and 1800 peak i got em runnin 2ohms any ideas?

as stated, he is a quote "monstertard" end quote. Get one of those pa 2100's off ebay for $170 and run it at 2 ohms, plenty for fubrs.
